I have read and understand the Tubman Heating Limited – Terms and Conditions of Trade (overleaf,) which form part of and are intended to be read in conjunction with this Credit Application and agree to be bound by these conditions. I also understand and accept that there will be a minimum of 2 hours labour charge for normal hours & minimum of 3 hours charge for after hours jobs.
