Tubman Heating Ltd purchased the assets of Devham Services Ltd on 28th September 2018 and has been operating as Devham Services (A Division of Tubman Heating Limited) in the Wellington region ever since.  However, we have decided that it’s time to change the Wellington brand in order to emphasize common ownership of our Auckland, Hamilton and Wellington businesses.  

From 1 April 2020 Devham Services will operate as Tubman Heating Limited. 

Tubman Heating Limited is the most experienced, technically capable and responsive provider of commercial heating solutions and we retain our strong customer focus as a New Zealand owned & operated company. Customers will be able to tap into our combined experience as Tubman Heating Limited continues to service clients across Wellington and the lower North Island.

Tubman Heating Limited is now the authorised technical centre in New Zealand for CIB Unigas (Italy), Italtherm (Italy), Baltur (Italy), Horizon, Maxon (USA) and Unical (Italy).

We are also the authorised distributors in New Zealand for; Faral, Goetze, Jrgumat, Oventrop, Reflex, Simons and Tecnoclima.
